SHIPPING TO CANADA


Canadian orders over $150.00 (before applicable taxes) will ship for FREE (via Expedited Parcel only)
Canadian orders under $150.00 (before applicable taxes) will be charged a flat rate of $13.00

We offer a flat rate shipping service through Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). 
All Shipping costs are in Canadian funds. 
All shipments are sent within one (1) to two (2) business days after completion of payment.

For even faster delivery Canada Post Xpresspost (2-5 days) is available at a flat rate of $17.50

An In-store Pick Up Option is also available for those who live in Vancouver. Select this as a "shipping option" at Checkout.

USA orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat rate of $15.00

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, fees and/or tariffs, as charged by customs.

SHIPPING TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESITNATIONS


Minimum Shipping cost, via Canada Post Xpresspost is $55.00
Please notify us of the items you are interested in as well as your mailing/shipping addresses and we will contact you with any additional shipping costs. Sorry, no free shipping for international orders outside of North America.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES


Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 
*Any duties charged on returned items from International designations will be deducted from the invoice amount. 

Any returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your original delivery. Items must be in unworn/unwashed condition will all original hang tags attached and unmodified. 

Please note: underwear/intimates are always final sale. Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange or refund. Beauty and home items are also final sale.

To make a return:
 
Email info@bodypolitic.ca stating the reason for the return and to request an Exchange Authorization number 
(Include this number on the outside of the package).

Once an Authorization number has been issued the merchandise may be sent to:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost shipments. We recommend making sure you have a tracking number and insurance to minimize any potential problems, however rare. 

Once an item has been received, an exchange will be sent back to the customer (no additional shipping charges will be issued, unless faster delivery is required by customer request) or a store credit will be kept on file for future purchases. Regular priced merchandise (see exclusions above) also qualify for a full refund (online orders only). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
